Due to a high volume of enquiries, we may not be able to assist all new clients, in which case we will let you know ASAP. Please note that we practice solely in conveyancing, and don’t advise on off-the-plan contracts, company/stratum title or property/fencing/construction disputes.

Purchase/Sale Settlements (established residential properties)
$1490 plus out-of-pocket disbursements (e.g. title searches and rates certificates – approx. $200 for a house and $400 for a unit/apartment with one Owners Corporation)
Pre-purchase Contract & Section 32 reviews
- First review FREE! (standard residential premises, less than 150 pages)
- Additional standard reviews: $190 (waived for the property that you end up buying)
- Over 150 pages or urgent reviews (same day turnaround, subject to availability): additional $110
- Includes written summary, phone call to discuss and ask questions, and assistance with negotiating contractual changes
- To begin, simply email the contract early enough to ensure availability (allow 1-2 business days if possible).
